Student registration is available to students currently enrolled in University.
What Is Included?
Standard and student conference registration include:

Admission to plenary presentations, technical sessions, and parallel sessions during the main conference, Wednesday, June 30th – Friday, July 2nd.

Scheduled conference breakfasts, lunches, and refreshment breaks.

Monday evening Niagara Falls excursion featuring Maid of the Mist.

Admission for one registered attendee to the Tuesday Ice-Breaker at RiverWorks.

Admission for one registered attendee to the Wednesday Welcome Reception.

Admission for one registered attendee to the Thursday Awards Gala.

What Is Not Included?
Conference registration does not include:

Airfare or other travel to and from Buffalo.

Airport transfers, parking, or personal transportation.

Meals and beverages outside the included conference functions.

Personal sightseeing, purchases, and incidental expenses.

Admission for accompanying guests, unless a separate guest ticket has been purchased.
Sponsor Registration
Each attendee participating through a sponsorship must complete an individual registration. Select “Conference Attendee – Sponsor” as your registration type and enter the discount code provided during sponsor onboarding.

Accompanying GuestsTraveling with a spouse, partner, or guest?
Guest admission is limited to the functions specified with the purchased ticket and does not include access to technical sessions, Bootcamp, or tutorials.
Cancellation, Refund, and Substitution Policy
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Ashley Dukat at ashley@queencitydmc.com for review and approval. Refund eligibility is based on the date the written request is received.

Deadlines are 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the dates listed. Refund percentages apply to registration fees and conference add-ons paid. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method; please allow up to 30 days for processing.
No refunds will be issued for no-shows, early departures, or unused portions of the conference. The same cancellation terms apply to visa denials, visa delays, and travel disruptions.
Registration Substitutions
Substitution requests may be considered through the conclusion of the event and require advance written approval from Ashley Dukat. Any applicable difference in registration fees must be paid. Student-rate substitutions must meet student eligibility requirements, and substitutions associated with accepted papers must satisfy the conference’s author and presentation requirements.
Travel and Accommodations
Attendees are responsible for canceling their own travel and hotel reservations and for any associated fees. Conference registration cancellation does not automatically cancel these arrangements.
